Enjoy the preserved historical structures as you walk around Oxford and know more about the history of the University of Oxford as you walk around the different colleges with a tour guide!
We enjoyed walking around by ourselves on my first visit to Oxford.
Christ Church College
Christ Church College. The only college in Oxford University with its own cathedral.
Bridge of Sighs
The Bridge of Sighs at New College
I equally enjoyed walking around with a tour guide on my second visit while learning more about the history of Oxford University. A fun educational tour is always good! 🙂
The Bodleian Library
The Bodleian Library. There’s an underground tunnel beneath Radcliffe Square, linking the Bodleian Library with the Radcliffe Camera.
Radcliffe Camera
Radcliffe Camera, the main reading room of the Bodleian Library.
I highly recommend visiting The Covered Market at Market Street where we enjoyed a very good duck roast lunch and some freshly baked cookies!
I recommend booking a guided tour as well to make the most of your visit in Oxford, not to mention make it more educational and fun. You can book your Oxford University Walking Tour ahead online through Klookhere.
These flowers welcome you when you visit Christ Church College.
Walking around Oxford. 🙂
